4 Week Workout Challenge
The workout challenge can be found on Alexi Ren’s self titled website. Here you can find all the information regarding the challenge and what it entails. To get access to the workout, you must first sign up by creating an account. Once a username and password are created, you are asked to secure checkout by inserting a card number. While coupon codes can be applied, the set price for the workout challenge is $44.00. The price is billed only one time, and once it is paid, you will gain access to the challenge.
While the challenge is done in your own time, you lose access to the workouts after 45 days. You must complete the workout within those 45 days, since afterwards the membership must be paid again. As soon as you sign up and the payment is completed, you can begin.
Each workout lasts 20 minutes, and is scheduled everyday for 4 whole weeks. The site’s group chat is available even after the 45 days are up, which allows users to connect with each other, share results, motivate others, and creates a sense of community.
Alexis Ren herself forms part of the group chat, and constantly logs in to participate and see user’s results, answer questions, and discuss the workouts. She forms part of the conversation.
